Millet Upma (10–15 minutes)
Ingredients
- 1 cup millet
- 2 cups water
- Onion, green chilli
- Vegetables (carrot, beans, peas)
- Mustard seeds, curry leaves
- Salt
- 1 tbsp oil
Method
- Wash and soak millet for 15–20 minutes.
- Heat oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add onions, chilli, and vegetables.
- Add water and salt → bring to boil.
- Add millet, cook 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Healthy breakfast or dinner option.
