Millet Khichdi (One-Pot Meal)
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup millet
- 1⁄2 cup moong dal
- Vegetables
- Turmeric, cumin
- Salt
- 3 cups water
Method
- Wash millet and dal.
- Add everything to pressure cooker.
- Cook for 3 whistles.
- Add ghee and serve warm.
Perfect for lunch or light dinner.
