Ingredients
- 1 cup millet
- 1⁄2 cup moong dal
- Pepper, cumin
- Ginger
- Curry leaves
- Ghee
- Salt
Method
- Roast dal lightly.
- Add millet + dal + water.
- Pressure cook (3 whistles).
- Temper with ghee, pepper, cumin, ginger.
- Mix and serve.
