Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility:

  • Damaged or leaked products
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Quality concerns (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)

How to Claim:

  • Send an email to support@vainteyorganics.com with your order ID, photos of the product, and reason for the request.
  • Approved claims will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
