Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
Refund Eligibility:
- Damaged or leaked products
- Wrong items delivered
- Quality concerns (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)
How to Claim:
- Send an email to support@vainteyorganics.com with your order ID, photos of the product, and reason for the request.
- Approved claims will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
